1/2 cup pure chocolate candybar
1 tbs. powdered sugar
1/4 cup cherry/chocolate or almond liquor
1 cup soyatoo or other soy whipping cream
optional cherries
1. Whip the soyatoo with the powdered sugar until it is stiff.
2. Add the liquor.
3. Using a vegetable peeler, shave the chocolate candybar into fine shavings.
4. Mix the chocolate shavings into the whipped soyaoo.
5. Optionally, you can also add cherries(wither from a jar or can).
6. Place the stracciatella mixture into desert dishes and then into the refrigerator until ready to serve.
