Bone Suckin' Tri-tip Steak

Bone Suckin' Seasoning & Rub, 1/2cup
Bone Suckin' Mustard, 1/2 cup
Tri-Tip Steak, 2 1/2lbs
Feta Cheese Sprinkles

Recommended Products

Rub Bone Suckin' Seasoning and Rub on to meat. Let stand for 15 minutes.* Pour Bone Suckin' Mustard over meat. Marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight in refrigerator.

Before placing steak on grill, wipe off some of the Bone Suckin Mustard to prevent charring. Turn frequently with tongs and be careful not to over cook. Let cooked meat stand for 10 minutes. Cut against the grain into 1/4 to 1/2 inch slices. Sprinkle with Feta Cheese.

* The marinating time depends on the time that you have. And grilling time varies according to the size of steak. This piece of meat tends to dry out when grilled to well done.

Tri-Tip is a wonderful piece of meat that is growing in popularity, because of cost and taste. It makes great kabobs as well!
