S.o.s. (creamed Ground Beef)

Ingredient Amount
Ground Beef 24lbs
Flour 1 3/4 Qt
Black Pepper 1 T
Salt 6 T
Soup & Gravy Base 10 T
Milk 3 Qt
Warm Water 3 1/2 Gal
Worcestershire Sauce 2 T

Brown Ground Beef, drain

Add flour, pepper, salt, warm water and soup/gravy base to beef.
Cook 5 minutes or until flour is absorbed

Add Milk and Worcestershire Sauce, heat to boiling stirring frequently, cook until thickened.

Serve on Toast (ala’ the “Shingle”)
