Bone Suckin’ Hot Seasoning & Rub, ¼ tsp
Butter, 2 sticks
Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 8 oz. shredded
Flour, 2 cups, all purpose
Rice cereal, 2 cups
Cayenne Pepper, ½ tsp.
Mix butter with cheese, add spices and gradually adding flour. Work rice cereal into the dough.
Roll pieces of dough into small balls (walnut size) and flatten with a fork. Bake at 350˚ for 15 minutes. These wafers should be crispy, so some adjusting of the cooking time may have to be adjusted according to your oven. Makes about 60 small wafers.
