A wonderful addition for a picnic!
Ingredients:
Cucumber, 1 peeled and chopped
Red Pepper, 1 chopped
Green Pepper, 1 chopped
Red Cabbage, 2 cups chopped
Celery, 3 stalks chopped
Onion, 1 chopped
Feta Cheese, 1 cup
Grape tomatoes, 1 pint
Dressing
1 /2 jar of Bone Suckin’ Thick Salsa (Hot or Mild)
4 Tbsp. of Balsamic Vinegar
1 /2 cup of Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. of Minced Garlic
1 /4 cup of Parsley Chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste.

Directions: In a large bowl combine first seven ingredients. Puree the Bone Suckin’ Thick Salsa, then whisk in balsamic vinegar, garlic, parsley, olive oil and salt and pepper. Pour over salad mixture and toss. This is a recipe that can be adapted to whatever you have in the refrigerator. It is easy, beautiful and most of all delicious!
