Bone Suckin' Basil Pesto

Ingredients:
Bone Suckin’ Poultry Rub & Seasoning, 1 tsp.
Fresh Basil Leaves, 2 cups, well packed
Parmesan or Romano Cheese, ½ cup, freshly grated
Olive Oil, ½ cup
Pine Nuts, ½ cup
Garlic, 2 Tbsp. minced
Sea Salt and Pepper to taste

Recommended Products

Place Bone Suckin’ Poultry Seasoning & Rub, Basil, garlic and pine nuts in a food processor and pulse. While pulsing slowly add olive oil in a steady stream, stopping to scrape down the sides of the processor.

Add grated cheese and continue to pulse to blend in the cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cover tightly and refrigerate. This may be frozen as well. Makes approximately 14 ounces.
