Pulled Pork Sandwiches

1 lb of left over barbecue country ribs
1/2 cup barbecue sauce, I again used Hunts hickory and brown sugar
1/2 cup water
Bread or buns whichever you prefer
Prep: In a small sauce pan bring barbecue sauce and water to a gentle boil. Turn down and simmer for about 5-10 minutes, until it thickens slightly. While the sauce is simmering, shred the ribs.
Cook: In a saute pan over medium heat add shredded pork and sauce. Heat through.
Serve on bread or buns or rolls, whichever you prefer.

Chef's Note & Story
I love pulled pork sandwiches. My favorite ones are super juicy, but I think to get them that way a lot of times they are drowning in sauce. I wanted to still taste the pork so I added water and reduced it to make juicy delicious pork.
