2 lbs lean country pork ribs, boneless
1/4 cup dry rub, I used "Porkys" but your favorite will work
1 cup water
1/2 cup bbq sauce, I used Hunts Hickory and Brown Sugar
Salt and Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Celery Salt
Prep: Season ribs liberally with salt and pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and celery salt. Then dip ribs in dry rub. Make sure they are completely covered in the rub.
Cook: I used my pressure cooker for this recipe. I browned the ribs on all sides in the cooker. Once finished I added 1 cup of water and 1/2 cup of barbecue sauce over the ribs. I used the high pressure setting for 35 minutes.
If you don't have a pressure cooker you can certainly use a slow-cooker. Heat oil in skillet over medium high to high heat. Sear each side of the ribs until the outside is browned, about 1 min on each side. After they are browned you can put them in the slow cooker with the water and bbq sauce until they are tender. I preferred to use my pressure cooker.

Chef's Note & Story
My pressure cooker has been absolutely priceless to me for these types of recipes because it is so quick for these recipes that are normally a long cook time. I love that I can forget about my meal until 30 minutes before and still have something that tastes like it cooked all day.
