1 Brick of Ramen Noodles
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
Garlic Salt to taste
Fresh Ground Pepper
1) Crush noodles into a few chunks and cook the noodles as directed but omit seasoning packet.
2) Do not overcook! Cook for 2 minutes max then drain thoroughly.
3) Heat a swirl of olive oil in a medium non-stick frying pan on medium low - medium heat for 1 minute and then carefully add drained noodles.
4)Constantly stir noodles turning over so the noodles get oil on them and so they cook evenly.
5)Add pepper and garlic salt to taste.
6) Sample a noodle or two as it cooks and add more pepper and garlic salt until its perfect!
7) Make sure to watch the heat so it doesn't get too hot.
8) You will notice the noodles will glisten and lose water content and they will become "chewy" and a bit "crunchy". This is what you want... and it may take up to 20 minutes to get it to this point.
9) When the noodles are "chewy" with a bit of a "crunch"... it's done!
10) Serve and enjoy!

Chef's Note & Story
This is NOT healthy! I won't even try to say it is! But it is yummy and brings me back to a wonderful time in my life! You can do this with spagetti noodles as well. Enjoy!
