Healthy Chicken Taco Ramen Noodle Soup

1 15 oz Regular Size Can of Kernel Corn (drained)
1 15 oz Regular Size Can of Green Beans (drained)
1/2 - 1 Can 4 oz (tiny) of Green Chilies (drained)
1 28 oz Can of Crushed or diced tomatos (I prefer crushed) DO NOT DRAIN!!!
2 Cans of your preferred beans mix and match
(Kidney, black beans,chili beans) (drained)
14 - 28 oz Chicken Broth (canned or carton style is fine)
3 Medium Sized Chicken Breasts cooked. Shredded or chopped in bite sized pieces (size of a dime)
1 Regular Envelope of Taco Seasoning
1 Regular Envelope of Hidden Vally Ranch Dressing
(not the liquid kind... powdered)
2-3 Bricks of ramen noodles cooked al dente (firm; not mushy)
Sour Cream and Shredded Cheese if desired
1) Get your large crock pot out (this won't work in small crock pots)
2) Add the corn (drain the juice)
3) Add the green beans (drain the juice)
4) Add the 1/2 can chopped chilies (drain the juice)
5) Add the beans (drain the juice)
6) Add the tomatoes (DON'T drain the juice)
7) Add the chicken
8) Add broth until the ingredients are just covered.
9) Add the contents of the two seasonings (taco and ranch)
10) Stir well
11) Cook on the medium crock pot heat setting for about two hours
12) After 2 hours cook ramen noodles on the stove top as directed except leave out the packet of seasoning that comes with it and only boil the noodles for one minute.
13) Drain the noodles after cooking and add them to the pot. Stir well. Cover.
14) Let everything cook another 15 minutes in the crock pot serve and enjoy!
15)Add a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of cheese on top to add extra yumminess!

Chef's Note & Story
This will not work for small crock pots!
You can add so much to this recipe.
The taco seasoning is not super hot.
Play with the amount of seasoning and the chilies if you want a milder version.
You can add chopped zucchini, chopped celery etc...
Spice it up even more with Tabasco Sauce if desired
