1 Brick of Typical Ramen Noodles (uncooked)
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
1/4 Cup Honey
1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips (mini chips work best)
1/2 - 1 Cup Dry Powdered Milk
1) Place dry brick of noodles in a ziplock bag and crush into very small pieces (about the size of a grain of rice or a bit bigger) with the flat side of a meat tenderizer or rolling pin
2) Place crushed noodles in a medium sized mixing bowl and add the rest of the ingredients except for the powdered milk and stir well until blended.
3) Depending on how dry or wet you want these to be... slowly add the dry powdered milk and stir well in between each litle bit you add.
4) If you add too much they'll be too dry... too little and they will be a sticky mess and they won't hold together well.
5) When mixed to your liking take the mixture and roll them into 1 inch balls.
6) Put on a plate and place in fridge for about 30 minutes to harden up a bit.
7) Eat til they're gone! (Make sure to share)

Chef's Note & Story
This is a nice crunchy "twist" to an old recipe.
Feel free to add ground up flax seed or wheat germ to bolster the health aspect of this recipe.
Also... if you wanna be a bit "naughty" you can dip these in melted chocolate and make the BEST bon bons!
You can add so much to this version including Craisins, a bit of strawberry jam, white chocolate chips etc...
Also... You can always add more peanut butter or honey if it gets too dry.
Enjoy!
Seems to be an odd combination yet it turns out to be a quick and easy snack that provides energy to satisfy my kids sweet tooth.
