3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon cream cheese
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
4 inch length of cucumber
8 slices of bread
4 slices of BBQ Jerky
Recommended Products
1. Mix butter, cream cheese and mayonnaise in a large bowl until smooth. Mixture tends to blend better when butter and cream cheese are left to soften in room temperature.
2. Spread the mixture on lightly on both sides of bread.
3. Lay a slice of jerky on the bread.
4. Slice cucumbers to thickness of your liking, and pat dry with towel.
5. Lay cucumbers on top of spreads.
6. Trim crusts off (optional) and cut sandwich to either triangle or rectangular shape.

Optional - Lightly toast the jerky at 350F for 1 minute to let its sugar caramelize, and let its aroma draw your crowd like bees to honey!
Hi @Gabrielle! Glad you liked the jerky, you can also spread just plain butter, or spreads like laughing cow over the sandwiches. Tastes equally good, and minimal efforts required :)
I've tried Bbq Pork Jerky and it tasted great. I'll try to use Turkey Jerky for this one. I'm sure my hubby will love it too.
