Ingredients
1 lb. pecans
1 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup Hot Squeeze Sweet Heat Chipotle Sauce
Kosher salt
Directions
Toss Pecans, cranberries and Hot Squeeze until lightly but well-coated. Add salt if desired. Let sit for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Lightly spray baking sheet with Pam. Place pecans in single layer on sheet and bake aprox. 20 minutes or until dry to the touch.
These pecans and cranberries are excellent as a snack, or on salads or served over goat cheese drizzled with more Hot Squeeze.
Can be kept frozen.
