CAUTION: This is a MASTERCHEF level recipe! :)
1. Clean strawberries
2. Slice off tops making flat surface..this is the side that will sit flat on your plate(s)
3. Cut 'tip side' crisscross and slightly down into the strawberry.
4. Gently pull apart sections and stuff with crumbled blu cheese
5. Bring one cup of plum (or your favorite) balsamic vinegar to boil in saucepan, reduce heat and simmer until it thickens and is reduced by about one half. Usually about 15 minutes.
6. Drizzle a little of the warm plum balsamic on the strawberries!

Chef's Note & Story
When strawberries are in season, this is a perfect way to use them creating an elegant and chic appetizer or dessert! The combination of the flavors explodes in your mouth--sweet, tart, creamy, cheesey. Plan on about 3-4 strawberries per person, but, of course, more may be needed!
CAN USE SOMETHING BESIDE BLUE CHEESE?
Was really tasty for us, Gabrielle...hope so for you, too! :) Ally
