Texas Sheet Cake
2 Sticks Oleo
1 cup water
2 tble cocoa
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
Frosting:
1 Stick oleo
4 tbls. milk
3 tbls. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts and 1/2 box powdered sugar.

bring to boil: the 2 sticks of oleo, 1 cup water and 2 tbls. cocoa. then set aside.
combine: 2 cups flour, 2 cups sugar, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup buttermilk, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 1/4 tsp. soda.
add boiled mixture to flour mixture and pour into a floured cookie sheet. then bake for 20 min. at 350 degrees.
frosting:
bring all ingrediets to a boil then remove from heat and add powdered sugar until creamy.
frost cake as soon as you remove cake from oven. (while hot)
