Ingredients

1 lb pork spareribs, cut into bit-size pieces

Marinade
--------
1 tablespoon cornflour
1 red chilli/hot pepper (seed discarded)
2 cloves garlic, chopped finely
1 tablespoon garlic-chilli sauce or sriracha
1 tablespoon fermented soya beans
2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon dark soya sauce or molasses
4 tablespoon water
Dashes of white pepper
2 teaspoon sesame oil

Directions

Directions
1) Rinse pork ribs well and pat dry with paper towels

2) Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add marinade to pork ribs. Let the ribs marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour or overnight.

3) Preheat oven to 400F.

4) Arrange pork ribs on a baking tray and pour remaining marinade over the ribs. Roast for about 30 - 40 minutes. Turn the ribs over halfway through cooking.

5) When done, ribs have a rich brown color.
