Vegan Chocolate Pudding
4 avocados
1/2 carob or cocoa powder
1/4 - 3/4 cup agave nectar (give or take, I usually start with less and add more as I need it)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
water
Add the first four ingredients (everything but the water) into a blender/Vitamix or use a handmixer to blend.
Add water by the teaspoon, until desired consistency.
Add fruit, nuts, etc., spoon over cakes - anyway you'd use regular pudding.
