1 large can of pumpkin
1 large box of instant vanilla(butterscotch is also tasty) pudding
1 teaspoon of vanilla
pinch of salt
1- 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (per taste)
1 large tub of whipped topping
OPTIONAL
1 graham cracker pie crust.
1. Mix all ingredients except whipped topping together on low with hand-mixer
2. Fold in half of the whipped topping, setting aside the other half for garnish, if desired.
3. Pour into serving bowl or if desired, graham cracker pie crust.
4. Refrigerate for five hours
5. Serve with remainig topping.
6. Enjoy!!

The ingredients posted seemed to make a mouthwatering pudding, definitely going to try this one soon.
