Easy Peasy Soup

1 pkg. frozen peas
1 large leek, sliced in rings
1 vegatble boullion cube
4 cups water

1. Put the frozen peas in a large soup pot.

2. Cover them with water and add a vegetable boullion cube.

3. Boil for a few minutes, but don’t over cook.

4. Puree.

5. Thin to the consistancy that you enjoy.

6. Slice the leek (white part) in small ringlettes and add to the soup.

7. Cook for a few minutes to warm the leeks.

8. Serve with a crusty brown bread
