1 lb ground pork
1 lb ground lamb
3 tablespoons of sea salt
2 Tbs white wine vinegar
2 tsp fresh dill
1 1/2 teaspoons of sweet paprika
1/4 teaspoon of pepper

1 medium onion, sliced
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 cup sour cream Tzatziki sauce (see recipe)
french fries (optional)

Combine first 9 ingredients. Mix well and rest 2-3 hours.
On waxed paper, form into two large patties, about 2 inch wider that the flat bread. Grill patties over hot coals 2-3 minutes per side. Top with feta when flipped.
Allow patties to rest 5 minutes. While meat is resting, lightly grill the top of each flat bread round until just starting to color.
Spread 1/3 of sour cream Tzatziki sauce on each “bottom” flat bread, top each with a patty, 1/2 onions and tomatoes. Drizzle with a bit more Tzatziki over the veggies, and top each with the second flat bread round.
Cut each “burger” into 4 even wedges and serve with fries.
