Cannoli With Pistachio And Chocolate Filling

1 cup unsalted pistachios, 1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips, 1 cup ricotta cheese, 1 cup heavy whipping cream, 1/2 cup sugar,1 tablespoon vanilla essenceor 1 tablespoon bailey,s powdered sugar, 20 cannoli shells[store bought or dry]

add pistachios and chocolate chips into food pocessor,grind til fine. in another bowl beat heavy whippy whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla essence beat til stiff peaks form, gently fold the whipping ream with ricotta cheese. add 2/3 cup of the pitachio and chocolate chip mixture put the other 1/3 in a bowl.add mixture into a pipping bag or ziploc bag its ready to pipe. pipe filling into shells, dip each end into pistachio/chocolate chip mixture. sprinkle each cannoli with powered sugar serve immediately.
