1/2 Medium watermellon
1/2 Cup grated (shredded) coconut
1 tbs lemon juice
1/2 medium mango
1/3 Cup of crushed pineapple
2 Cups of coconut milk what milk consistency
(not coconut water transparent)
2 Cups of water (chilled)
2 Sugar to taste
1. Half the medium watermelon and with a fork shred the watermelon into a pitcher.
This step takes a while- but you want the juice and different size chucks, cutting and pulsing isn't the same so stick with the fork!
2. Cut mango into tiny 1/8" cubes
You don't want them large at all
3. To the pitcher of shredded watermelon add your shredded coconut, crushed pineapple, mango. Then add the other liquids coconut milk, chilled water, lemon juice and lastly sugar to taste!
4. Chill this drink for about 30 mins - 1 hour stir and serve
