Grilled Salmon With Sweet Heat Chipotle Glaze

4 salmon fillets aprox 8 oz each
1 TBS ground cumin
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. Orange Ginger Zing
1/2 c. Soy Sauce

Rub salmon with cumin and brown sugar. Place in resealable plastic bag with soy sauce and Orange Ginger Zing and marinate for one hour.
Grill salmon over med. heat for aprox. 6 minutes aside. During the last minute, pour Hot Squeeze Sweet Heat Chipotle on the fillets.
Remove from grill and serve with more Sweet Heat Chipotle.
