Real Fish Finger

4 oz fish fillets
2-3 tbsp of matzo meal
1 egg, beaten
vegetable oil for frying

Cut the fish into fingers, feeling carefully for any bones which may have been left after filleting.

Dip the fish finger in the matzo meal, then in the egg.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, add the fish and shallow-fry for 2-3 minutes on each side.
