Chef's Note & Story
I was one of 3 finalists in the Go Meat Mama Hillshire Farm Sausage Cooking Contest on the Steve Harvey Morning Show last year. This was my first time ever entering a recipe for any contest. I had never even made the recipe before. To my suprize, I ended up a finalist. It was a great experience
