1 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
zest of one lemon
1 tsp seafood seasoning
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
3 heaping tbsp mayo
1 tsp grainy mustard
