1/2 lb cooked shrimp
1/2 lb lump crab meat
2 celery stalks chopped finely
2 green onion stalks chopped finely
1 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
zest of one lemon
1 tsp seafood seasoning
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
3 heaping tbsp mayo
1 tsp grainy mustard

i have made a few variations of this recipe. the beauty of cooking is you can get creative and put your own twist on any recipe. i love to just prep, cook and eat! my joy is the smiles i bring to my family and friends thru my food.

I tried adding all purpose cream instead of mustard. I really don't like mustard that much. It still tastes good.
