1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
1 Pkg. “Instant” Vanilla Pudding
½ Cup Wesson Oil
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Tbs. Vanilla Extract
½ Cup or more Chopped Pecans (Optional)
4 Eggs
Mixture of about ½ Cup Cinnamon & Sugar
Mix cake Mix & Vanilla Pudding; add oil & sour cream & blend together. Add eggs one at a time & whisk together. Spray Bundt Pan or square baking pan with non-stick spray; then coat bottom & sides of pan with ½ cinnamon sugar mixture. Add batter & sprinkle top with same & add chopped pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for approx 45 minutes. Let cool in pan 10 minutes. Turn out & sprinkle cake again w/ a little more cinnamon sugar – if desired.
Enjoy!!!!! We had it for breakfast with coffee & bacon one morning & again for dessert another night with strawberries & ice cream for dessert.
