Fry turkey for just about 1 minute on both sides. Place four slices on each of the cheese sandwiches.
Spread one side of remaining bread with Miracle Whip. Place on top of turkey, Miracle Whip side down. Spread about 1 teaspoon of margarine on top of sandwiches.
Generously spray a skillet with butter flavored cooking spray.
Place sandwiches in hot skillet (Buttered side down) Turn heat down to lowest setting.
Cook sandwiches for about 1-2 minutes or until nice golden brown. Flip Sandwiches with spatula. (spread remaining side with more margarine before grilling the other side.)
Press down gently on each sandwich with spatula and hold for a few seconds as they cook. This will cause the cheese to melt easier.
