1 and a half cups of 2 minute Quick cooking oatmeal,
1 cup of water,
1 cup of milk,
1/2 cup of French Vanilla Creamer
1/8 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp margarine or butter
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon (divided)
3 slices of Whole Wheat bread
extra margarine or butter for toast
Follow instructions for preparing oatmeal except substitute the water and the French Vanilla for some of the water called for.
Add the salt to the liquid and bring to a boil on medium heat in large sauce pan. Add the oatmeal a little at a time while stirring to prevent lumps. Turn heat down and allow to cook for about 2 minutes stirring occasionally.
When the oatmeal has finished cooking stir in the butter and add the sugar. Place a lid on the pan to hold in the heat while toasting the bread.
Butter the bread when it has finished toasting and slice in half. Stir the Oatmeal well and add more milk or cream if desired for the right consistency.
Serve in 3 individual bowls on a plate with the toast and sprinkle each bowl of oatmeal with equal amounts of cinnamon.
Enjoy while still steaming hot.

Chef's Note & Story
I sometimes still add a small 1/2 teaspoon of extra margarine to the bottom of the bowl before I ladle in the oatmeal. I use the same spoon I am going to eat with. Then I simple stir it one more time before taking that first wonderful bite.
