Fresh Turkey Salad Wrap

5 oz of fully cooked turkey breast leftovers (Divided)
2 leafs of lettuce
1/2 Fresh green pepper
4 oz of Kraft 3-cheese Ranch Dressing
2 slices of Kraft American Cheese Slices
2 Whole Wheat 8" Tortillas

Cut the turkey in strips or cubes.
Cut Green Pepper into strips about 1/2" wide.
Place turkey in a microwave plate, cover with a paper towel, and heat in the microwave on high about 1 minute.

Place tortillas on two microwave safe plates.
Place one slice of cheese on each tortilla.
Heat tortillas in microwave on high for about 20 seconds.

Divide Turkey in two equal portions. Divide bell peppers in two equal portions.
Wrap each serving of turkey and peppers in lettuce leaves and place one on top of cheese on each tortilla.

Drizzle 2 oz of dressing on each of the tortilla's fillings.

Wrap each tortilla by first folding in one side about 1-2 inches and then the opposite side about the same. Finally wrap the two other sides across one another tightly like a burrito.

Slice wrap in half diagonally if desired and enjoy.

Chef's Note & Story

This taste ever so fresh and yummy. You can even add sliced tomatoes or red bell peppers for more taste or color. I like mine with a crisp green onion.
