2 large leafs of Romaine Lettuce
2 Whole Fresh Pears
2 Strawberries
1 Cup Blueberries
1/2 cup Crumbled Feta or Gorgonzola Cheese
1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
3 TBS Canola or Lite Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Crushed Black Pepper to Taste
Pecan Halves
Slice Pears into 8 slices each - lengthwise
Line small plates with lettuce
Place pears on top
Add Blueberries
Top with Cheese
Add Pecans & strawberry
Drizzle on Oil & Vinegar, Salt & pepper to taste.
Serve!!!
