Ham And Cheese Baked Potato

6 large Russet or Idaho potatoes
Strips of cooked ham
Shredded cheese
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
2. Scrub potatoes and pat dry
3. Pierce the skin of each potato with a fork.
4. Place potatoes on center oven rack.
5. Bake for about 1 hour or until tender when pierced with a fork.
6. Top potatoes with strips or bits of cooked ham. Add a little Dijon-style mustard, if desired. Sprinkle with shredded or sliced Swiss cheese and microwave until cheese melts.
7. Serve immediately
