* 5 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and sliced
* 4 cloves garlic, minced
* 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
* 1 tsp. fresh lime zest
* 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
* 1 cup fresh baby spinach
* 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
* 1 large ruby red grapefruit, peeled
* 1/4 tsp. sea salt
* 1/4 tsp. freshly ground white pepper
1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients. Process until smooth.
2. Transfer to serving bowl; serve chilled or room temperature as a dip with gluten-free crackers and crudites or a spread on sandwiches, pitas, bagels and salads.
