12oz Thin Spaghetti
5 pieces of thick sliced bacon
1/4 cup dry white wine
3 cloves garlic minced
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1 cup chopped red pepper
4 eggs lightly beaten
1/4 cup half - half cream
1/2 cup of asiago shredded cheese
1/4 cup of fresh parsley
1/4 cup of basil
1 hard boiled egg chopped
Cook pasta according to directions Drain reserving 1 cup of liquid.Meanwhile in large skillet cook bacon until crisp. drain on paper towel. reserve 1tsp of dripping.Add wine ,garlic,and crushed red pepper to dripping. boil gently 3 min or until liquid has evaporated add sweet peppers and cook 1min. In medium bowl whisk together eggs and half & half add egg mixture to skillet stirring constantly. Do not scramble.
Add egg mixture to pasta along with bacon, spinach and asiago cheese cook over medium heat tossing with tongs. Add reserved pasta cooking liquid as needed to make it creamy. Top with hard boiled egg, asiago cheese & fresh ground pepper
