6 chicken thighs (i like to use things because they are juicer)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
1 cup pomegranate teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce, like Siracha
1/2 sake or dry white wine
Recommended Products
1) Trim away all fats from the chicken thighs.
2) Add all ingredients into a freezer or ziploc bag. Seal and mix well.
3) Marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Overnight marination is the best.
4) If using grill, preheat grill. Add chicken to grill, about 3-4 minutes per side.
5) If using oven, preheat oven at 400 degree F. Heat some oil in skillet, add chicken to skillet and cook them in high heat, About 2 minutes per side. Both sides of chicken should be brown and a little charred.
6) Add partially cooked chicken to baking pan and bake in oven for about 10 mins, till cooked completely.

This looks delicious. I have never had a pom teri before.
I highly recommend this pomegrante teriyaki sauce! Yes, it's definitely different from wine. Do you have fave products you use in your kitchen? Hope to see you sharing your secret ingredients in the Market!
Just in time for summer! Thank you for adding a second choice besides wine
