Ribbon Sev

Rice Flour 3 cups
Gram Flour 1 cup
Butter/Margarine 4 tbsp
Salt 2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Oil for deep frying

Mix all the ingredients, except for the oil and make a soft dough with water. Heat the oil in a wok. Using an icing bag with a straight slit nozzle or a sev mould (easily found at any Indian store), press out ribbon-like strips of sev into the oil and fry till golden-brown.
