Bone Suckin’ Yaki Sauce, 4 Tbsp.
Portobello Mushrooms, 4, stems removed
Olive Oil, 4 tsp.
Brie Cheese, ¼ lb.
Sandwich rolls, 4
Arugula, 1 small bunch, stems removed
Hummus, to spread on buns
Sea Salt and coarse ground pepper to taste
Preheat grill to a medium heat. Season mushrooms by brushing them with olive oil and sprinkling salt and pepper. Put the sandwich buns face down on grill and toast them lightly, pull off and set aside. Place the mushroom on the grill, cap side down and pour a Tbsp of Bone Suckin’ Yaki Sauce into stem area of each mushroom. Grill for 4 minutes per side.
Cut brie into slices and place on top of the mushrooms as soon as they come off of the grill.
Spread the hummus onto the sandwich rolls. Place mushroom with brie on top of bottom roll, place arugula on top of brie and cover with the top part of sandwich roll. The brie can be substituted with different types of cheeses depending on your taste. Have fun and experiment!
