Chef's Note & Story
The carica fruit from Chile is a favorite ingredient of mine with many uses including grilling with meats and prawns. This salsa will be sure to impress. I like to serve this with chips or flat bread. Purchase Carica now at: http://www.m5corporation.com/SearchResults.asp?Cat=42
