Ingredients

5 cups organic baby spinach
1 organic apple, cubed
1 cup Nuts About Granola Off Road Edition Granola
1/2 cup Newman's Own Light Balsamic Vinaigrette

Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Divide the spinach evenly among four salad bowls.
Top the greens with the cubed apples and granola.
Drizzle with the vinaigrette, season and serve.

Chef's Note & Story

This is one of my favorite summer salads. Spinach and apples are on the 12 dirtiest foods list so it is best to go organic.
