Chef's Note & Story
Spicy grill shrimp with the cold iceberg wedges goes well together. Spicy and coolness of the dressing. Great combination for the palate.
Do not over cook shrimp or it will be rubbery and dry.
A really yummy and healthy recipe! Will try this one at home. :)
