1 - five to six pound turkey breast on the bone, drippings from turkey (after turkey has cooked), 1 package of Southeastern Mills Turkey Gravy Mix, 2 packages of Prepared Garlic Mashed Potatoes (from instant), 2 cans of Green beans, 1 to 2 slices of bread for each person, (Texas toast works best... I didn't have any when I took the photo) 1 tsp. (or more if desired) ground sage, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp. salt, 6 cups water (divided), 1 and 1/4 cups of milk, 5 Tbsp margarine or butter (divided)
Thaw out turkey according to directions and remove any gravy pack or anything that might be in the turkey's cavity. Wash turkey good inside and out and pat dry with clean paper towels.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Melt one Tbsp on the butter or margarine and spread over the entire surface of the turkey breast and inside the cavity.
Sprinkle the entire turkey breast with seasonings and inside the cavity.
Wrap the entire turkey breast in tin foil and seal to ensure the juices stay locked in.
Place turkey in preheated oven and cook about 25 minutes per pound or until the Turkey's inside temperature reaches at least 160 degrees.
When turkey is done carefully open tin foil (warning: steam will be very hot). Remove turkey from tin foil pack and place on a heat resistant plate to cool enough to handle.
------
Turn oven down to about 200 degrees (to keep turkey warm later)
------
When turkey has cooled enough to handle slice the meat in even slices and place on a oven safe serving platter. (If you have a meat slicer it's so much easier!) Cover turkey slices loosely with foil and place in oven to keep warm.
------
While turkey is warming back up prepare mashed potatoes according to directions on box. Prepare turkey gravy according to directions on box except for this alteration. Add the drippings from the turkey to the water to make the desired amount of liquid called for in the instant gravy directions. (the gravy is absolutely heavenly when you do!)
-------
Drain the juice from one can of the green beans and half the water from the other can of green beans. Heat green beans in a sauce pan on the stove on medium heat until good and hot (stirring occasionally) season green beans with a little salt and pepper and butter if desired.
--------
To serve place desired amount of turkey on sliced bread and scoop you out some mashed potatoes and green beans. Ladle out some tasty gravy over the turkey and the potatoes and enjoy with a nice ice cold drink and you are set. As you may notice in the photo I like to season my gravy even more with fine ground black pepper.

Chef's Note & Story
It is So easy to prepare everything the last 20 minutes or so the turkey is cooking and then keep warm. This is SO easy and SO delicious. Cranberry sauce on the side would be wonderful and some banana pudding for desert!
