Ingredients
4 Scoops Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
1/2 Cup Blenheim Apricot jam
1/4 Cup White Wine
6 Leaves Mint Shredded
Directions
1. Place 1 scoop of ice cream in 4 chilled bowls.
2. Add jam and white wine in a saute pan and bring to a boil.
3. Let Reduce by 1/2 and add shredded mint(just tear the leaves while adding it in).
4. Pour warm Jam-Wine-Mint mixture over ice cream and enjoy.
