6 tablespoons of Butter
4 tablespoons Sugar
5 tablespoons Flour
2 Eggs
2.5 oz Chocolate bar
4 tablespoons Blueberry Jam
2 tablespoons Almond Slices
1.In a lightly buttered muffin cup, place half tablespoon of almond slices in the bottom of each muffin cup.
2.Chop chocolate into uniform pieces and put them and 6 tablespoons of butter into a bowl. Heat 1 cup of hot water in a saucepan over low heat, place the chocolate bowl over the hot water. When chocolate starts to be melt, turn off the heat and stir frequently. When chocolate is almost melted, remove the chocolate bowl from the saucepan and stir until smooth and completely melted.
3.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
4.Beat eggs and add to the chocolate bowl. Then add sugar, flour and mix well.
5.Pour the batter into each muffin cup up to half. Then put 1 tablespoon of blueberry jam on each batter and pour the rest of batter.
6.Bake for 12-15 minutes.
7.Sprinkle powder sugar on top.
Very creamy chocolate cake. When you cut the cake, melting chocolate and jam come out as you see the photo. Fruity jam and rich chocolate bring out very rich flavor and make you smile. So delicous.
