2 large sweet potatoes (Feel free to use 3 large russet potatoes)
1 lb ground hamburger meat
3 tbs. barbeque sauce
2 tbs. worchestchire sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 tbs. Olive oil
Hamburger Buns
Preheat the oven to 400.
Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Cut them into steak fries. Coat them in olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place them on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes or until completely soft.
Heat a large skillet add the hamburger meat, garlic powder, onion powder, and cook on high until no longer pink. Turn the heat down to medium and add the barbeque and worchestshire sauce. Stir over the heat until the sauces cook into the meat. Remove from heat.
Spoon meat into hamburger bun. Serve with fries.
If you decide that you would like to stick with the sweet potatoes, keep in mind that they can be very difficult to cut and take a bit of patience.
