Pb&j Iced Cake
40 pieces Ritz Crackers
4 tablespoons Milk
4 tablespoons Peanut Butter
10 tablespoons Blueberry Jam
1/2 cup Blueberry
4 tablespoons Blueberry Jam
2 tablespoon Water
2 tablespoons Sugar
6 oz Cool Whip, thawed

1. Prepare 4 plastic wraps (about 10"x10" or). On each plastic wrap, place cracker soaked in milk and spread peanut butter and then place cracker, spread blueberry jam, place cracker, spread peanut butter, and place cracker. Repeat this. 10 crackers for per serving. Make 4 servings.
2. In another bowl, combine Cool Whip and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Spread over each cracker. Wrap in a plastic wrap and freeze for a couple of hours.
3. In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoon of water, 4 tablespoons of blueberry jam and 1/2 cup of blueberry. Heat in a microwave for 40-45 seconds. Let cool.
4. When the iced cake is set, pour the blueberry sauce on top and around the iced cake.

Iced cake made of crackers. Inside, peanut butter and blueberry jam and covered with Cool Whip. Taste is like HEAVEN! The time of Freezing the cake in the freezer is included in cooking time. Very easy preparation. Just be patient until the cake is set.
Peanut butter and fruit jam really goes well so you wont go wrong on this one. It's really delicious:-)
