Chocolate Cookie Cheesecake Recipe
1-1/2 cups cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs (about 16 cookies)
3 tablespoons butter, melted
4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1-1/2 cups HERSHEY’®S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, melted and cooled
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 eggs, lightly beaten
20 chocolate cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, coarsely chopped
1) In a small bowl, combine cookie crumbs and butter.
2) Press onto the bottom of greased 9-in. springform pan.
3) Refrigerate while preparing filling.
4) In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
5) Beat in chocolate and vanilla.
6) Add eggs; beat on low speed just until combined.
7) Fold in half of chopped cookies.
8) Pour over crust.
9) Sprinkle with remaining cookies.
10)Place pan on a baking sheet.
11)Bake at 325° for 50-60 minutes or until center is almost set and top appears dull.
12)Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. 13)Carefully run a knife around edge of pan to loosen.
14)cool 1 hour longer.
15)Refrigerate overnight.
