Creamy Vegetable Primavera

1lb bag frozen mixed vegetable of your choice
14 oz box of penne pasta
4oz of cream cheese softened
1/2 light italian dressing
1 tbs. butter or oil

Fill a large pot 3/4 full of water and bring to a boil. Add butter or oil to keep the noodles from sticking. Add noodles and vegetables that you have chosen and cook until your fork easily goes through the vegetables. Strain and place back into the pot. Add the cream cheese and italian dressing. Stir together until the cream cheese is completely melted and the everything is mixed well together. Serve.

Chef's Note & Story

This is a very quick and easy recipe that doesn't take much prep time, but you must remember to get the cream cheese out long enough to it to become soft...at least an hour in advance.
