The Midnight is a luxe blend of Italian espresso, rich cocoa & Guittard dark chocolate chips. The Midnight is almost a dense brownie. But then it's not. It's like a super crunchy double chocolate biscotti. But then it's not. Midnights are just a totally unique cookie experience. Tasting is understanding.
Try them Marlo's way: remove cookies from packaging, heat in microwave for 10 seconds or in pre-heated 200 degree oven for 4 minutes. Enjoy warm, delicious goodness!
Additional uses: crush Midnights and sprinkle on top of yogurt or ice cream for a crunchy, textured treat; use crushed Midnights in place of graham cracker crumbs for a decadent and sophisticated cheesecake crust.

Marlo's Bakeshop was born from a desire to share a secret family recipe with the world. For fifty years, founder Marlo Gertz's grandmother made distinctive, soft baked biscotti for her family but would not divulge the ingredients or her production method.
The recipe was finally handed down to Marlo and she became eager to share the cookies with new audiences. Once she completed her pastry arts education in 2012, Marlo decided to start a cookie company dedicated to preserving her grandmother's recipe while creating additional unique and addictive flavors of the beloved treats.
