Inspired by her Nonie (that’s Italian for “grandma”), Stacey set out to recreate the warm memories of delicious biscotti, crafted in the same way it’s made in Bari, Italy.
This is why each biscotti is handmade with care in small batches using local ingredients, like butter & eggs from a local farm co-op, and almonds sourced directly from the grower.
This results in luscious authenticity you can taste in each tender, crunchy bite of biscotti. The richness of sweet, toasted almonds satisfies, and is especially tasty when dunked in your favorite coffee beverage.

I remember the first time my Nonie shared her handmade biscotti with me; watching the early morning sun splashing long silhouettes of light across her cozy kitchen, sitting at her table dunking the crunchy, nutty biscotti into a café latté until it softened into a warm treat beyond compare.

These biscotti's are a little too tough for my liking. I understand that's probably because they're meant to be dipped into coffee or some other beverage, but they're pretty hard to eat on their own.
