Darren Polish’s father was always experimenting with food, creating uncommon combinations that may at first sound strange but end up tasting pretty darn good. I was excited to try this one out for sure, as a fan of wasabi peas I thought this was the perfect combination. The silky dark chocolate coating was pheonominal, my one gripe was that I was expecting more punch from the wasabi and was a little let down.

The chocolate coating is good and the texture of the peas is nice, but the wasabi flavor is kind of weird. It's more noticeable in the bigger pieces.
